Hello! Welcome to Band Bar Studios :) In this video, I will break down each part of your Band Bar home gym so you feel as comfortable as possible starting your first Band Bar workout. I will also show you all of the different ways too arrange/attach your resistance bands on the Band Bar (with just the bar and using the door anchor). Mastering these arrangements will allow you to properly set up hundreds of strength exercises and get the most out of your home workout routine. Enjoy!
